  • Local pickup and drop-off services

  • Delivery of packages according to posted weight limits

  • Business and residential courier services

2. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure packages are properly packed, sealed, and labeled

A. Standard Liability

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our maximum liability for loss or damage is limited to $100 per shipment, or the cost of delivery—whichever is lower.

  • Fragile items not protected appropriately

  • Delays caused by external factors

  • Indirect or consequential losses (lost revenue, missed deadlines, etc.)

High-value shipments should be insured through a third-party provider.

All fees must be paid at checkout or as agreed under an invoicing arrangement.

  • Charge late fees for unpaid invoices

  • Suspend or deny services due to non-payment

Fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must occur before a driver is dispatched.
Once a driver is en route or pickup has begun, cancellation fees may apply.
Refunds are provided at our discretion.
