YRH Delivery offers:

  • Same-day and scheduled delivery services

  • Local pickup and drop-off services

  • Delivery of packages according to posted weight limits

  • Business and residential courier services

We reserve the right to modify, limit, or deny any service at our discretion.

2. Customer Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete pickup and delivery information

  • Ensure packages are properly packed, sealed, and labeled

  • Confirm items comply with all laws and our prohibited-items policy

  • Be available or provide accurate drop-off instructions

If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information, unavailable recipients, or lack of instructions:

6. Loss, Damage & Liability Limits

We handle all items with care, but our liability is limited as follows:

A. Standard Liability

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our maximum liability for loss or damage is limited to $100 per shipment, or the cost of delivery—whichever is lower.

B. Exclusions

  • Improper or inadequate customer packaging

  • Items damaged before pickup

  • Fragile items not protected appropriately

  • Delays caused by external factors

  • Indirect or consequential losses (lost revenue, missed deadlines, etc.)

High-value shipments should be insured through a third-party provider.

7. Payment Terms

All fees must be paid at checkout or as agreed under an invoicing arrangement.

  • Charge late fees for unpaid invoices

  • Suspend or deny services due to non-payment

Fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must occur before a driver is dispatched.
Once a driver is en route or pickup has begun, cancellation fees may apply.
Refunds are provided at our discretion.
